1. When you complete the payment process, you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement may be updated so please read before every payment.  Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the changes. This Agreement will always be available to users on this page for you to read.

2. You may only use the Services if you are 18 years of age or over (or such other higher minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in your jurisdiction. Groups reserve the right to ask for proof of age from you and your match may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided. You understand and accept that the Group is unable to provide you any legal advice or assurances and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with the laws that govern you and that you have the complete legal right to use the Services. Without limitation to the above, access to our Services may be restricted from certain territories. Any use of the Services is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you do not find the Services to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent in any way.

3. You MUST ensure that your payment has successfully been transferred to us before you join a match server. The server host will only invite you to the match if the correct payment has been recieved, so make sure your payment is made atleast two days before the match takes place. (We recommend paying for a match you wish to participate in a weeks advance.)

4. REFUND INFORMATION:

If a player joins a game, then leaves at any time before the score is given, they are not entitled to a refund.

If a player does not add as a friend or does not show online at the time of the game, they are not entitled to a refund.

If a player shows online and is on [The Video Game of which the match is being played] but cannot join for network reasons, they are entitled to a refund on request via Email. 

5. By using our Services we assume that you have acknowledged and have read these Agreements with full care and commitment and that you are a dedicated user of our Services.

6. You MUST acknowledge that your failure to comply with these Agreements may result in disqualification and the closure of your Account.

IF THESE AGREEMENTS ARE TRANSLATED INTO ANOTHER LANGUAGE, THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION WILL PREVAIL IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TRANSLATION AND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION.
